The location is fantastic, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast options could use some improvement, though—the variety is limited and some food wasn’t fresh. Still, the staff was friendly and our room was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay overall.

Our stay with the kids was fantastic! The location in Palermo made exploring the city easy, and the breakfast on the top floor with a stunning city view was the highlight. The staff were very friendly and gave great tips for family activities.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly breakfast options.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean rooms and the rooftop breakfast area with lovely views. The staff was consistently helpful, especially in recommending local restaurants and calling taxis for us. It is close to many nightlife spots and parks, making it convenient for exploration. One downside was some noise from nearby clubs late at night, which made sleeping a bit tough.

Perfect for Night Owls
I loved the location, right in the heart of all the nightlife, it was electric, like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. And the staff? They were always there, ready to help with anything, like calling taxis and giving recommendations.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive,, but for what you’re getting, I’d say it’s acceptable.

Better signage for senior access would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the clean rooms and nice pool. The hotel is close to awesome spots for food and drinks. Don't miss visiting the nearby parks or the local art galleries. It's perfect for a chill getaway.
One downside was some noise from nearby clubs late at night which made sleeping a bit tough. Next time, I’d request a room farther from the street.

missingWrote a review on Mar 24spacious roomconvenient locationpoor breakfast
The Classic Twin Room offers a spacious layout, perfect for lounging or unwinding after a day exploring. It's conveniently located close to a variety of eateries and shopping spots, giving you easy access to the local scene.
The breakfast selection is quite limited, lacking variety with subpar options like tough croissants and rubbery eggs. The entrance isn’t very welcoming for families with babies due to the need for elevators, which can feel inconvenient. A notable downside includes a lack of complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries like lotion in the bathroom, leaving you to fend for yourself on those fronts.
